Therefore, we provide a clear return and exchange policy based on the following terms:
1. Exchange
You may exchange a product within 7 days from the date of receipt in the following cases:
• If the product is damaged or broken during shipping.
• If a product different from the original order was received.
The product must be in its original condition, unused, with all packaging and labels intact.
2. Returns
Return requests are accepted within 7 days of receiving the order in the following cases:
• The product arrives in a condition that does not match the description or is damaged during shipping.
• If the requested product cannot be provided after payment.
After receiving the product and verifying its condition:
• The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase within 7–10 business days.
• The product may be returned within 7 days under the “Golden Warranty,” provided it is in perfect condition. Delivery fees will be borne by the customer.

Payment & Cancellation Policy
At Hattan Perfumes, we ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple, and reliable—from placing the order to receiving it.
The following payment and cancellation policy applies to all orders placed through our website.
1. Payment
• We provide secure and trusted payment methods, including:
Credit and debit cards (Visa – MasterCard), Cash on Delivery (COD), and installment payments through Tabby (4 interest-free payments).
• All online payments are processed through secure payment gateways that protect customer data.
• Orders are confirmed only after successful online payment or confirmation of the Cash on Delivery option.
• Prices displayed on the website include VAT unless otherwise stated.
2. Cancellation
• Customers may cancel their order before it is shipped by contacting customer service within 24 hours of placing the order.
• Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. However, the customer may request a return in accordance with the Return & Exchange Policy.
• If payment was made online and the cancellation is approved, the refund will be issued within 7–10 business days via the same payment method used.
• Hattan reserves the right to cancel any order in cases such as delivery issues or product unavailability, with a full refund to the customer.
